Conference Title: AI-Augmented Energy Management in Smart Buildings: A Hybrid Approach for Sustainable Operation.

Muhammad Ehtsham is a Civil Engineer and PhD researcher at the University of L'Aquila, Italy. His doctoral project focuses on developing intelligent systems for photovoltaic (PV) performance analysis and forecasting, integrating data from Building-Integrated and Building-Applied Photovoltaics (BIPVs and BAPVs), numerical weather models, and satellite-based open-source datasets. His work combines advanced machine learning and deep learning approaches with real-world monitoring data provided by industry partners to optimize PV system management, enhance fault detection, and support sustainable energy integration in smart buildings. His research contributes to bridging the gap between digital technologies and cleaner production practices, with the aim of advancing sustainability and resilience in energy systems.
